Tonight from 7-11 p.m., Ernie Vincent and the Top Notes play the Mother-in-Law Lounge, which had a car run into its wall only last monday. This is a return of sorts for Vincent, whose band usually backed Ernie K-Doe when he first opened the Mother-in-Law in the mid-90′s. Here, Vincent plays his deep-funk classic “Dap Walk” with his latest incarnation of the Top Notes.
