How often do you come to Parasols?

Whenever I get the chance. I used to live two blocks over, so I would come here everyday.

What do you usually order?

The catfish po-boy with cheese and a bloody mary or maybe some Jameson. Today, I’m going to try the corned beef sandwich with potato salad. I’ve never seen it on the menu before.

Who do you come here with?

I usually come by myself, but I know everyone that works here. It’s a good place to come alone. I come here after a show sometimes to just hang out.
