A mounted crowd-control police officer (a regular sight in the French Quarter) showing off his horse-riding skills by commanding his steed to shake, side-step, and back it up (not a regular sight in the French Quarter) to the sounds of TBC Brass Band at their usual spot at the foot of Bourbon Street.
