On the weekend, CBS aired a new video for Trombone Shorty‘s “Do to Me,” incorporating images of the Final Four teams—Kentucky, Kansas, Louisville and Ohio State—for use as an introduction to the network’s coverage of the games Saturday night. Wait for the guest appearance by Mayor Mitch Landrieu. We probably overuse the phrase, but “Only in New Orleans ….”

The NCAA Final Four weekend concludes tonight when the Kentucky Wildcats play the Kansas Jayhawks in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Game time is 7:30 p.m., and Better Than Ezra will play the “Tip-Off Tailgate” party in Champions Square starting at 4:30. Bracket Town will be open from noon to 7 p.m.

Shorty will be among the many musicians playing the New Orleans Musicians for Obama fundraiser May 1 at Generations Hall.
