Louisiana Teaching Faculty Harpist Jess Autumn will appear during Jazz Pop Harp Weekend in New Orleans

A weekend of Jazz Pop Harp performances is coming to town

The New Orleans Chapter of the American Harp Society will hold the New Orleans Jazz Pop Harp Weekend from January 30 to February 2. The weekend will host a variety of exciting musical events and will be open to the public. Free 1 day and 2 day courses will be offered for members of the New Orleans Harp Society Chapter who seek to learn more about playing jazz pop music on the harp.

The Jazz Pop Harp Weekend seeks to generate interest among harp students to study jazz harp through encouragement and inspiration by professional faculty. Courses and performances throughout the weekend work to improve the musical skills of professional and student harpists alike.
