On February 23, the Joy Theater hosted “Busted on Bourbon: Iko Allstars–A New Orleans Dead Tribute,” which featured John “Papa” Gros, Brian Stoltz, Billy Iuso, Reggie Scanlan, CR Gruver, Michael Fouquier, Johnny Vidacovich and Papa Mali.
