Dr. John has been active in support of environmental causes, performing with the Voice of the Wetland Allstars, recording City That Care Forgot, speaking out against Shell a year ago and BP at a rally across the street from Jackson Square on the Memorial Day weekend. Tonight, he’ll perform at the Carousel Bar in the Hotel Monteleone from 7-9 p.m., and part of the performance will be aired on CNN on Larry King Live.
