Fillmore NOLA announces megawatt performances during Jazz Fest

With its opening weekend just a few weeks away, the Fillmore NOLA is already gearing up for its first Jazz Fest and today (January 28) announced three nights of all-star talent, two of which fall during the week between Jazz Fest weekends.

On Wednesday, May 1, the venue will host Foundation of Funk, featuring Zigaboo Modeliste and George Porter Jr. with Ivan Neville, Tony Hall, and Ian Neville. The evening will also include a special performances from Oteil Burbridge and surprise guests. There will be a Live Nation pre-sale for tickets on Wednesday, January 30 at 10 a.m. The public on-sale begins Friday, February 1 at 10 a.m.

On Thursday, May 2 (which is also Day 5 of Jazz Fest), The Revivalists will perform at the Fillmore NOLA with special guests Andy Frasco & the U.N. For this show, there will be a Live Nation pre-sale Thursday, January 31 at 10 a.m. The public on-sale begins Friday, February 1 at 10 a.m.

Also announced today is an appearance from Rob Zombie on Wednesday, May 8. There will be a Live Nation pre-sale beginning at 10 a.m. on Thursday, January 31 and the general on-sale begins February 1 at 10 a.m.
