Future Announces New Orleans Show with A$AP Ferg

Atlanta rapper Future will swing through New Orleans when his Nobody Safe Tour comes to Champions Square on Saturday, May 6. Though the concert isn’t billed as a Jazz Fest after show, it will take place after Stevie Wonder performs at the Fair Grounds that evening.

The stacked tour will find Future joined by a number of popular supporting acts, including A$AP Ferg, Zoey Dollaz and Kodak Black.

Future will be on the road in support of his new new self-titled album, which is slated for release this Friday, February 17. The surprise news was announced today, along with the dates for his upcoming tour.

Known for his creative use of autotune, Future has become one of the most popular progenitors of the trap style of hip-hop. He has released at least one album and one mixtape every year since 2014 (with three mixtapes in 2015 alone).

Tickets for the Nobody Safe Tour’s stop in New Orleans will go on sale to the general public at noon on Friday, February 17.

UPDATE: An earlier version of this story incorrectly stated that Migos and Tory Lanez would be supporting Future in New Orleans. Migos and Tory Lanez will be joining Future for a number of stops on the Nobody Safe Tour, but New Orleans is not one of them.
