Keith Urban Announces Megaconcert At Smoothie King Center

In January, global country-music juggernaut Keith Urban announced a massive world tour in support of his forthcoming album, Graffiti U. Fifty-eight shows comprise the Graffiti U Tour, which kicks off in St. Louis on June 15. New Orleans fans will have to wait until the tour’s penultimate stop to catch Urban live at the Smoothie King Center, on Friday, November 2.

As Urban told Rolling Stone, the name of his next album and its supporting tour he derived from a confluence of ideas. “I was toying with the letter ‘U.’ Obviously it’s the first letter of my last name, but I liked that when you say it, it’s also the word ‘You.’ For me, that’s the listener, that’s the audience.”
