When: 6:00 p.m.
Why: The Pfister’s put their pristine pipes on display at one of city’s most beautiful — and often overlooked — landmarks. ‘Tis the season!

Who: Tin Men
Where: d.b.a. (map)
When: 7:00 p.m.
Why: The trio of Washboard Chaz, guitarist Alex McMurray and sousaphone player Matt Perrine kick back, cut loose and crank out some of the most infectious, ingenious and intriguing grooves going down in the Crescent City today.


Who: Brass-a-holics
Where: Irvin Mayfield’s I Club (map)
When: 9:00 p.m.
Why: Last year, this brass/funk/go-go conglomeration established itself as one of New Orleans most exciting new acts. With a seemingly endless supply of grooves, when the Brass-a-holics the stage, resisting the dance floor is not an option.
