The weather couldn’t have been any more welcoming for a weekend’s worth of gut-busting blues and a hearty helping rib-sticking barbecue October 12-14 when the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Foundation hosted the 2012 Crescent City Blues & BBQ Festival in Lafayette Square. Highlights included sets from Grammy-winning guitarist Keb’ Mo’, OffBeat’s October cover subject Spencer Bohren, songstress Miss Lavell White, jack-of-all-blues Ironing Board Sam and many more.
