Photos: Pennsylvania gets a dose of NOLA at Flood City Music Festival

Now in its fourth year, the annual Ameriserv Flood City Music Festival in Johnstown, PA served up a big taste of New Orleans and Louisiana music at last week’s fest. And what place is more appropriate to feature at what Flood City calls their “celebration of American roots music?” Why, Louisiana of course. The Crescent City was happy to oblige as it lent several of its favorite music makers to Johnstown for the weekend of August 2 – 4. The stage at the Peoples Natural Gas Park saw sets from the likes of George Porter Jr. and Runnin’ Pardners, Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue and Kenny Neal, as well as Bonerama, Johnny Sketch & The Dirty Notes and more.

New Jersey-raised and Virginia-based contributing photographer, Bob Adamek was there to capture the fest. Enjoy his photos below!
