OffBeat food editor, Elsa Hahne hosts the June edition of The Gravy: Live at The Market this Friday, June 21 in the French Market with special guest Linnzi Zaorski. She will conduct a live interview with the New Orleans traditional jazz vocalist and front lady of the Delta Royale band about her cooking traditions. Zaorski will present a live cooking demo on the preparation of her “summer spaghetti” recipe, with sample tastings for the audience to follow.

Catch Linnzi and Delta Royale live at the Bombay Club, located at 830 Conti St. also in the French Quarter, later Friday evening at 9:30 p.m.
The Gravy: Live at The Market takes place every third Friday of the month on the Farmers’ Market Stage at the historical French Market, located at the eastern end of the French Quarter, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. The event is always free of charge and open to the public.
