“Treme” Writer Dies Unexpectedly of Brain Aneurysm

David Mills, one of the staff writers for HBO’s Treme, died yesterday of brain aneurysm at age 48. He was co-executive producer and wrote or co-wrote three episodes in the first season. The aneurysm happened while the series was shooting at Cafe du Monde.
