Treme Garners Two Emmy Nominations

The nominations for television’s Emmy Awards were announced this morning and HBO’s Treme received two.  There was some speculation that Khandi Alexander might be recognized for her performance as LaDonna Batiste-Williams, but the only nominations came for Outstanding Directing for a Drama Series and Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics.
