An outpost of New Orleans favorites near the Causeway in Metairie, Bozo’s doesn’t clown around when it comes to raw oysters or fried seafood. Oysters are best taken at the dark, clubby bar but the menu is full of delights, including a chicken and andouille gumbo and fried seafood platters with remarkably little grease. They also have broiled seafood dishes, including shrimp and crawfish, in season.
