This is the first Jazz Fest for Brooks’ Seahorse is a neighborhood bar which last year was a pizza parlor. Located directly across from the Fair Grounds’ Gentilly gates, the bar is a large, airy room sheathed in Louisiana cypress with a pool table and a jukebox packed with New Orleans music. They have some good beers on tap and a small list of sandwiches.
