Sitting at the bar of this Faubourg Marigny locals’ spot, enjoying the rare feel of breeze through open windows and the calm, cool and collected vibe of the place, it feels like anything could happen. So it didn’t even seem particularly surprising when they began serving Spanish tapas into the proverbial wee hours. The short menu of small dishes includes plump and pepper-hot redfish ceviche, a serrano ham and dense chorizo sausage plate, crabmeat stuffed roasted peppers and Manchego cheese over mushrooms.
