Canadian indie rock duo Tegan and Sara started the writing for their new album, Sainthood, in New Orleans at the Music Shed. They return tonight to Tipitina’s, with Steel Train and Holly Miranda opening. Here’s the first video from Sainthood – “Alligator” – with a low-rent, Olympics-closing-ceremonies vibe.
