Last year, Sun Hotel released one of 2010’s better local indie rock records, Coast, which one can still hear emanating from the dark, danky recesses of the OffBeat offices to this day. In October, the Loyola quartet will return with a new EP, Gifts; they’re even taking pre-orders for vinyl copies already.
“Talks” will be the opening track on the EP, and sees the band continuing to refine the pretty-but-noisy/noisy-but-pretty wall of sound they explored so well on Coast. You can stream it here below, or download the MP3.
