The all-female Camel Toe Lady Steppers marching Krewe will hold their very first open auditions on Sunday, August 10 at 10:00 a.m. at NOLA Spaces, 1719 Toledano St.

Since they started waving their batons and tassels on Halloween night in 2003, the band has grown and currently includes some 50 members with one and only aim: celebrate the festive spirit of carnival through collective dancing, all year long!

Their passion also involves supporting New Orleans culture and live music, with their shows and activities helping raise funds for the Roots of Music, the after school music program geared towards New Orleans youngs that brings both music education and academic support, as well as opportunities to perform live.
