Take “laundry” off of your weekend’s laundry list and head out to Royal Street tommorrw evening for Dirty Linen Night, New Orleans’ most spirited soiree of the season. OffBeat, a longtime Dirty Linen Night supporter, is proud to be a part of this year’s festivities along with fellow sponsors the Arts Council of New Orleans, the Arts 16, Stoli, Sailor Jerry Rum, Hendrick’s Gin, the W Hotel French Quarter, and SoBou.
This year, OffBeat and the Arts Council are especially excited to celebrate the 11th annual art extravaganza with our community partners (spotlighted below). Be sure to pop into their shops tomorrow night and see what they have to offer. Aside from dirty rice and dirty martinis, there’s sure to be a little something extra in store for you.
For the first time ever, Stoli, Sailor Jerry, and Hendrick’s Gin will serve craft cocktails along the Royal Street sidewalks. So, you certainly won’t have to worry about a shortage in the dirty martini department. Dirty Linen night will officially commence at 6p.m. and continue until 10p.m. After 10p.m., head over to SoBou — located in the W Hotel French Quarter (310 Chartres Street) — for the block party’s official after party. Complimentary cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be there to greet you.
If you’re looking to plan your Dirty Linen Night stroll ahead of time, let OffBeat be your guide.
