New Orleans singer Robin Barnes brought a little extra holiday spirit to town with her soulful rendering of the classic Christmas song “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.”

Barnes, accompanied by Pat Casey on bass and Danovon Bettis on percussion, belts out the tune wearing reindeer antlers on a typically snow free day in the Crescent City.

As the legendary Dave Bartholomew’s cousin, Barnes was born into a New Orleans musical dynasty, and she has been singing her way into the spotlight over the past couple of years.

Barnes’ version of “Rudolph” is sure to put a little extra Christmas cheer into your afternoon as you wrap up your last minute shopping.
