What is the perfect cocktail to you?

It’s an easy one: bourbon. Could be a splash of water if you need it, but bourbon. I come from a Southern family, born and raised in the French Quarter, and my mother, how she grew up, she taught her sons—I have five brothers—that Southern men drink brown liquor. As simple as it is, that is my perfect cocktail.
