Kenny Neal, one of Baton Rouge’s internationally known blues artists, grew up in the country. His bluesman father, the late Raful Neal, filled the family’s house in West Baton Rouge Parish with instruments. Encouraged by their dad, all ten Neal siblings turned out musical.
