Looking In the Score: Angela Hewitt finds what the composer has left us

World-renowned classical pianist Angela Hewitt was born in Canada. She began her piano studies at age 3 and went on to study at Toronto’s Royal Conservatory of Music. She has been hailed by The Guardian as “the preeminent Bach pianist of our time.”

In 2005, she founded the annual Trasimeno Music Festival in Umbria, near Perugia, Italy, of which she is Artistic Director. This annual event features Hewitt as recitalist, chamber musician, song accompanist and conductor.
