Paul Cebar and the Milwaukeeans: Fest Focus

It was an anonymous audience member who once described Paul Cebar as “Art Carney with a good voice.” That’s a start. Cebar has a pair of Doonesbury eyes, a Thelonious Monk beard and he warehouses a 10,000-piece record collection in his bedroom. He lives with his folks, doesn’t drink, doesn’t smoke, and you’ll not hear him cuss—but on the Cheddar Circuit of dance clubs and bars from Chicago to Minneapolis, Paul Cebar is the hottest act on the coldest nights.
