Since taking over his late father's band—the Zydeco Twisters—in 1993, David Rubin a.k.a Rockin' Dopsie Jr., has become one of New Orleans's premier attractions. Dopsie has been able to preserve the integrity of his father's zydeco music, but added a measure of showmanship few can match.
