The Saturn Bar, the Bywater institution located at the intersection of St. Claude and Clouet is one of the first businesses to reopen on St. Claude Avenue. In mid-June, Eric Broyard, son of the late O’Neil Broyard, reopened the Saturn Bar. According to Eric’s son Bailee, the bar has preserved its junk-shop art gallery décor.
