It’s poor boy. And you know why? If we’re going to be real and go back to the beginning and honor the streetcar conductors that went on strike [in 1929] and didn’t have much to eat, then it’s poor boy. They made up a poor boy sandwich for the poor boys. That’s how it got the name: ‘What are we going to feed the poor boys?’
