He had sung French songs at three, and played his first accordion riff at seven. Everything was peachy for the child prodigy until he won a pair of accordion contests.

And then, at age 23, Steve Riley was outlawed. He could no longer compete in accordion contests in his hometown. Forced to take things into his own hands, Riley decided to make his own rules.
