Super Sunday: A Significant Day for Mardi Gras Indians

Aside from Mardi Gras, the most significant day for the city’s Mardi Gras Indians is “Super Sunday,” always the third Sunday in March, close to St. Joseph’s Day (March 19). Super Sunday 2020 takes place on March 22.
