The Bingemen’s Classic Rock Revival

The Bingemen had an interesting realization while watching the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony in November.

“Lou Reed comes out and plays ‘Sweet Jane’ with Soul Asylum,” vocalist Jim McCormick recalls. “We cover that. Then Sheryl Crow steps out and plays ‘Let It Bleed’ by the Stones, which we do. I thought, all right, this is great. Next P-Funk comes out and does ‘Thank You’ by Sly Stone, which we do.”
