Local songwriter and guitarist Chris Vincent has released the official music video for “Good Crook,” the title track from his acclaimed new album. The video, shot by Joshua the Bock, premieres today exclusively via OffBeat, showcasing Vincent strutting through his home turf: The French Quarter.

Notably,  “Good Crook” was recorded in one take at Rhythm Shack Studios by Grammy-winning engineer Jake Eckert, with Vincent playing his 1947 Gibson L7.

The track (and now, the video) embodies Vincent’s gritty storytelling, qualities that have earned praise from critics for cutting through modern gloss with vision and vulnerability.
