The fifth annual Show of Love Gala to benefit the Split Second Foundation will take place Friday, Oct. 3.

The Split Second Foundation (SSF) is a New Orleans-based nonprofit community care startup dedicated to promoting the holistic wellness of individuals with disabilities. They aim to deliver comprehensive care, resources, education and advocacy to those affected by disabilities, promoting independent living and enhancing their quality of life.

At Split Second Foundation, individuals impacted by disability receive comprehensive and compassionate care tailored to their unique needs. The foundation’s multidisciplinary approach encompasses physical, mental, and societal wellness, ensuring holistic support for each individual.

This year’s event will feature performances by Grammy-winning artist Jerry Peters. DJ Raj Smoove will host the after party.

Various courses will be presented by Brasa Steakhouse, Plates Restaurant and Vyoone’s.

The event takes place 6 p.m. Oct. 3 at Generations Hall, 310 Andrew Higgins Boulevard. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. and he after party will take place from 9 p.m.-midnight.
