Inaugural Louisiana Vintage Festival Takes Off This Month

The first-ever Louisiana Vintage Festival is set to take over the House of Blues in the French Quarter on Saturday, August 23, 2025, bringing together more than 40 vintage clothing vendors, live music and interactive experiences under one roof.

Created by Chris and Megan Olsen, owners of French Quarter vintage shops Vice & Graft and partners in Swamp Rags, the festival aims to showcase the best vintage clothing in Louisiana while boosting local businesses during one of the city’s slower months.

“New Orleans is an incredible, internationally recognized city,” says Megan Olsen. “But due to its size, it often gets passed over for the large touring vintage festivals.”

In addition to shopping from top local vintage sellers, guests can enjoy a day full of music, art, and entertainment. The lineup includes performances by local Preservation Hall–affiliated musician Joshua Starkman with special guests, a collaborative clothing line with DNO (Defend New Orleans), a Storyville Speakeasy, Polaroid portraits, live drawings from a Jackson Square artist, a glitter bar, and a special burlesque performance by Bella Blue. Attendance is expected to top 1,500.

The festival runs from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., with an early bird entry option for serious collectors from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tickets are $15 GA and $25 early bird, available at Ticketmaster. A full list of vendors can be found at louisianavintagefestival.com.
