House of Blues New Orleans hosted its annual Home for the Holidays Benefit show last night. The event once again brought a variety of New Orleans icons and New Orleans Center for Creative Arts alumni together to raise money for the Daniel Price Memorial Fund for Aspiring Artists, a a non-profit that provides scholarships for outstanding visual arts and music students at NOCCA.
Last night’s show featured performances by Trombone Shorty, Irma Thomas, the Rebirth Brass Band, Kermit Ruffins, John boutte, Eric Lindell, Shamar Allen, Stanton Moore, the NOCCA Alumni Allstars and many more.
Our own Elsa Hahne captured a number of photos from the first part of the show.
