The Rock & Rouge Women’s Music and Food Festival has been rescheduled and will now take place on March 28–29, 2026, at Lafayette Square in downtown New Orleans. The free, two-day event will run from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day.
Originally slated for October 25–26, 2025, the festival was postponed due to weather concerns and the safety risks associated with unpredictable conditions. Organizers cited the need to ensure a stable and accessible environment for artists, vendors, and attendees.
The new dates fall during Women’s History Month, aligning with the festival’s mission to spotlight women’s contributions across music and food. All previously announced performers are expected to return for the rescheduled event. Previously scheduled performers include the Charmaine Neville Band, Sweet Crude, Kristin Diable, Whisper Party! and more.
Rock & Rouge Festival is currently in its 9th year of celebrating women, music, food, wellness and beyond. Women ~ Music ~ Food ~ Wellness & Beyond. All ages are encouraged to participate in activities that include workshops that are both educational and reflective – such as Financial Literacy, Mind-Body-Wellness and GIRL Power S.T.E.A.M. hands-on activities for youth.
Food vendor applications are now open. Interested vendors can apply by emailing [email protected].
