We’re looking for some fun, energetic, dedicated and friendly people to help distribute OffBeat’s Jazz Fest Bible to Jazz Fest goers on April 22, 23 and 24 and on April 28, 29, 30 and May 1 at Fairgrounds entrances.

You must report at 10:00 a.m. and work through 3:00 p.m. during a shift. Your job will be to courteously offer a free copy of OffBeat to people walking outside Fairgrounds entrances on Gentilly Boulevard and Sauvage on all days of the festival. No selling involved (most people want to take a free copy), But you must be well-groomed, courteous and friendly, and know why OffBeat is the best guide to Jazz Fest ever!

Applicants will be paid minimum per hour worked, OR will receive a Jazz Fest ticket for every two shifts worked (you can work as many as you can handle).

All workers must be alcohol and drug- and smoke-free while they are working. You must also have the physical stamina to stand and walk during your shift (with short breaks), and you will be asked to carry magazines to your post while you are working.
