Big Easy Lundi Gras Bash with Delfeayo Marsalis

Celebrate Mardi Gras at the Big Easy Lundi Gras with Delfeayo Marsalis and the Uptown Jazz Orchestra, Monday, Feb. 15, 2021, at 7 p.m. CST/8 p.m. EST.
This Lundi Gras Bash will also feature the musical talents of Glen David Andrews, Dr. Brice Miller, Monogram Hunters, Creoles Wild West, the Baby Dolls, and more.
Creole Wild West and Monogram Hunters are a tribe in the Mardi Gras Indian Nation, Black carnival revelers in New Orleans, Louisiana, who dress up for Mardi Gras in suits influenced by Native American ceremonial apparel. The Monogram Hunters are led by Big Chief Tyrone “Pie” Stevenson and his son, Big Chief Jeremy “Blaze” Stevenson. Often marching the Mardi Gras Indian tribes, the Baby Dolls, a female Mardi Gras Krewe,  has origins dating back to the turn of the 20th century. The Krewe had not existed for many years until Miss Antoinette K-Doe decided to take it upon herself to start it back up.
The Lundi Gras Bash is a free live stream. RSVP here.
