This Friday, December 21, OffBeat will again partner with the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra (NOJO) for a special event, this one featuring Dee Dee Bridgewater.

OffBeat Magazine Presents: NOJO’s Holiday Songbook is a seasonal concert featuring  both traditional and modern holiday songs. Of very special note is the guest performer, the GRAMMY and Tony-winning vocalist Bridgewater, who will perform with NOJO.

In April, Bridgewater put on a performance for NPR’s esteemed Tiny Desk Concert series. showcasing the breadth of her ability by singing “Hound Dog,” “Why (Am I Treated So Bad)?” and more.

Tickets for the event are available here and range from $30 general admission to $85 VIP. A portion of all VIP sales will go towards NOJO’s music education program for area youth.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with a showtime of 7:30 p.m. This event takes place at the New Orleans Jazz Market.
