Emeril Lagasse Foundation’s Boudin Bourbon & Beer Set for November 7

The Emeril Lagasse Foundation’s annual fundraising weekend will take place on November 7-8.

The Boudin, Bourbon & Beer Festival, which is only half of the excitement, will be held at Champion Square on Friday, November 7.

The Boudin, Bourbon & Beer Festival is a great opportunity to experience some of the finest flavors in both local as well as national music and cuisine.

Emeril Lagasse and Donald Link, along with 50 of the country’s best chefs, will prepare their version of the Louisiana delicacy boudin and other artisanal sausages.

Grace Potter will headline the roster of great music, including Brooklyn-based trio The Lone Bellow, Louisiana favorites Pine Leaf Boys, Sweet Crude, and many more.

The next evening allows for attendees to get an exquisite indoor experience at the 10th annual Emeril Lagasse Foundation’s Carnivale du Vin Gala, at the Hyatt Regency.

Emeril Lagasse will prepare a signature four course wine pairings seated dinner, with selections served by a host of award winning winemakers.

Tickets are available for BBB for $99 ahead of time, $125 at the door, and can be purchased at www.boudinbourbonandbeer.com or TicketMaster.com.
