This Sunday, Jamaican singer Everton Blender comes to Mid-City’s Club Caribbean on Bayou Road. Blender has been performing roots reggae and dancehall since the late ’70s, but first became widely known around the world in the early ’90s with the songs “We No Jus’ a Come” and “Lift Up Your Head.”
