Galactic will hit the road this winter for an extensive tour across much of the United States. The outing will bring the New Orleans’ funk-rock icons through the West Coast, Northeast and parts of the Midwest.

Of course, no list of winter Galactic dates would be complete without the band’s annual Mardi Gras shows, and 2017 is no different. Stanton Moore (drums), Jeff Raines (guitar), Robert Mercurio (bass), Ben Ellman (sax/harmonica), Richard Vogel (keys) and Corey Henry (trombone) will once again take the stage at Tipitina’s on Lundi Gras and the Saturday before Mardi Gras, which fall on February 27 and February 25, respectively.

Singer Erica Falls, who has joined them for many of their recent tours, will hold down the vocalist role for Galactic’s upcoming dates.

Presale tickets for Galactic’s upcoming winter tour dates are now on sale. As previously reported, the band will also take the stage at Tipitina’s on New Year’s Eve.
