Harry Shearer to Screen “The Big Uneasy” in New Orleans This Weekend

Buffa’s Bar and Restaurant will host a screening of Harry Shearer’s 2011 documentary The Big Uneasy this Saturday. The film, which is narrated by actor and New Orleans resident John Goodman, explores the impact of Hurricane Katrina on the City of New Orleans. In particular, the documentary focuses on the manmade nature of the disaster.

Shearer, a part-time New Orleans resident who is best known for his voice acting on The Simpsons and his role in the classic “documentary” This Is Spinal Tap, will be on hand to answer questions and provide updates. The screening will take place 8pm.
