The International Arts Foundation will present a three-day celebration of global music, culture and people: the International Arts Festival, September 30 through October 2. The festival (formerly known as Reggae Riddims) will be held at the Orpheum Theater as well as at the Mandeville Wharf at Crescent Park.
Big Chief Donald Harris Jr., the NEA’s newly appointed Jazz Master, will perform on opening night at the Orpheum Theater.
