The celebration starts at 11:00 a.m. at the Louisiana Music Factory’s new location, 421 Frenchmen Street, just below the OffBeat offices.

Live music begins at 1:00 p.m. with Tuba Skinny. Johnny Sansone takes the stage at 2:00 p.m., followed by the Iguanas at 3:00 p.m., and Eric Lindell at 4:00 p.m. All performances are free, and everything in the Louisiana Music Factory will be on sale, including merchandise from fellow “Louisiana Music Collective” partner WWOZ’s “Swamp Shop.”

New releases from Hurray for the Riff Raff, the Shotgun Jazz Band, the Big Easy Playboys, and Corey Ledet & His Zydeco Band will be available, as will the reissue of Dr. John’s debut Gris-Gris. All purchases are 20 percent off all day Saturday, so take this opportunity to stock up on great Louisiana music.
