New Orleans Film Festival Pairs Music Performances with Films

The New Orleans Film Festival is embracing music in a big way this year, not only with a series of music-related film screenings, but also pairing the movies with live performances by local and international artists.

The gospel group Electrifying Crown Seekers will sing before and after Rejoice and Shout—a documentary about the history of gospel music—which will be screened for free on Tuesday, October 18 at 6:30 p.m. at the Ashe Cultural Community Center.
