Gal Holiday will appear at the NOLA Ameripolitan Festival

Honky Tonk, Rockabilly & more featured at NOLA Ameripolitan Festival

Founded by honky-tonk troubadour Dale Watson, the “Ameripolitan” movement aims to preserve and celebrate Americana, particularly musical genres like honky tonk, rockabilly, outlaw and Western swing.

In 2017, the inaugural NOLA Ameripolitan Festival was held, at Siberia Lounge. This year, it returns for a two-day affair at two different venues. On Friday, April 5, Chickie Wah Wah hosts the first day of the Fest. On Saturday, April 6, the Festival returns to Siberia Lounge for day two.

The lineup and schedule for Day 1 is as follows:

On Thursday, April 4, Chickie Wah Wah will host a NOLA Ameripolitan Festival pre-party with a performance from Loose Cattle.
